    • - “User” refers to anyone accessing or using the platform, including event organisers, athletes, coaches, physiotherapists, doctors, fans, and general visitors.
    • - “Services” includes event management, ticket management, result tracking, consultations, and related services oered on SportyHorse.
    • - To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it updated.
    • - You are responsible for maintaining the condentiality of your account credentials and all activities that occur under your account.
    • - SportyHorse reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to violate these Terms.
    • - Users must use the platform for lawful purposes only. Activities such as fraud, misuse, or unauthorised access to services are strictly prohibited.
    • - You agree not to:
    • - Copy, distribute, or modify the content of SportyHorse without proper authorisation.
    • - Use the platform to harm, harass, or disrupt services or other users.
    • - Interfere with platform security or bypass system protections.
    • - Event ticket bookings, consultations, and other service payments must be made using the payment gateways available on SportyHorse.
    • - All payments are nal unless covered under the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
    • - Pricing and availability of events, tickets, or services are subject to change at the discretion of SportyHorse or the event organisers.
    • - Tickets may be issued using NFT (Non-Fungible Token) technology to ensure security, traceability, and authenticity.
    • - Users agree to comply with NFT-specic policies and understand that these tokens are tamper-proof and linked to blockchain technology.
    • - Reselling or transferring NFT-based tickets without proper authorisation from event organisers is prohibited.
    • - For Event Organisers: You are responsible for providing accurate event details, ticket pricing, schedules, and ensuring event delivery as described.
    • - For Athletes, Coaches, and Physiotherapists: You agree to oer genuine, professional services as booked through the platform.
    • - For Users/Attendees: You agree to comply with event rules, conduct yourself appropriately, and respect event-specic terms.
    • - All content available on SportyHorse (including logos, text, graphics, software, and features) is the property of Teraclab and/or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
    • - You are not permitted to copy, reproduce, or distribute content from the platform without written permission.
    8. SportyHorse reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access at its sole discretion if:
    • - The user violates these Terms or applicable laws.
    • - Fraudulent activity or misuse of services is detected.
      • In such cases, refunds will be governed by the Cancellation and Refund Policy.
    • - While SportyHorse strives to provide seamless services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operations.
    • - SportyHorse is not liable for losses, damages, or inconveniences arising from:
    • - Event cancellations or delays by organisers.
    • - Platform downtime due to technical issues.
    • Misuse of services or any user-submitted content.

    11. SportyHorse reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be communicated via the platform, and your continued use of services after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
    12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
