SportyHorse primarily delivers digital services and products, including but not limited to:
- - Event tickets (including NFT-based tickets).
- - Booking conrmations for coaches, physiotherapists, or medical consultations.
- Event results, analytics, or other sports-related digital content. Physical delivery is not applicable, as all products and services are provided digitally

- - Digital Tickets: Event tickets, including NFT-based tickets, are delivered electronically via email and/or accessible on your registered SportyHorse account under the “My Bookings” section.
- - Delivery Timeframe: Tickets are delivered instantly upon successful payment conrmation. In rare cases, delivery may take up to 2-3 hours.
- - NFT-Based Tickets: These tickets are securely delivered via blockchain technology, ensuring authenticity and tamper-proof access. Users will receive digital keys or wallet instructions to access NFTs.

- - For bookings of services like coaching, physiotherapy, or doctor consultations, a conrmation email/SMS will be sent to the registered email address or phone number upon payment.
- - You can also view the details of your bookings on the platform dashboard.

If you do not receive a digital ticket, booking conrmation, or related service within the specied timeframe, please:

- - Ensure that you have provided the correct email address or contact information.

It is the user’s responsibility to provide accurate and up-to-date contact details (email, phone number, etc.) at the time of
registration or booking. SportyHorse will not be responsible for nondelivery of services or tickets due to incorrect information provided by the user.

- - In the case of event postponement or service rescheduling initiated by organizers or service providers, the updated details will be communicated via email or SMS.
- - Users are advised to keep their contact information updated on the platform to receive notications without delay.

If a delivery failure occurs due to system error or technical issues beyond our control, refunds will
